Swift River Swim in Tamworth NH.

We took a trip to Tamworth with our Nooks. We were going to walk the new Joe Binsack Trail but when we talked with an employee at the Remick Museum we were told that "NO DOGS" were allowed on the farm. Shucks!!! The newly expanded trail honors the late Joe Binsack, PhD, scientist and Associate Director of the Center for Space Research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1973- 1996. Mr. Binsack was neighbor and close friend of Dr. Edwin Crafts Remick.

So we walked along the trail just across the street from the Remick farm. The trail was well marked and easy to hike approx (15)minutes. There were plenty of spots where our dogs decided that it was time for a cool down and dove into the Swift River. There are green numbered markers along the trail that corresponds with a map that is available inside the Remick Farm Museum.
